Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At btt Medical Institute, we are committed to providing personalized care and an exceptional standard of care. To maintain the highest quality of care for all our patients and ensure we can serve as many people as possible, we ask that you observe the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Cancellation of the Treatment Program

  • More than one month before the scheduled start date: All amounts paid will be fully refunded.
  • Between one month and two weeks before the scheduled start date: A cancellation fee of US$5,000 will apply.
  • Less than two weeks before the scheduled start date: A cancellation fee of US$10,000 will apply.

Emergencies and Exceptions

We understand that emergencies or unforeseen medical situations may occur. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Each situation will be reviewed on an individual basis.
